This page explains how NYD processes the personal data collected through the booking request form.

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Requested date, set menu, arrival time and number of guests
• Allergies or special diet, if you choose to tell us
• Gift voucher number, where applicable

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to handle your booking request and reply to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention period

Data is kept for 12 months from the request, then deleted. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Recipients

The data is sent by email to the restaurant reception and to its email host. The website is hosted by Vercel. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Only a technical language cookie may store your choice.

An anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) prevents automated submissions. It processes your IP address and technical browser signals, with no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@hotel48nord.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
